The conversion of existing volumes, through forms of urban rebalancing and without further consumption of soil, is the starting point of this project. To gain generous spaces for living at the lowest cost possible, with a sense of economy that does not surrender comfort and beauty, is the main goal: stay simple, embracing open air and honoring existing natural light.
